Booking Procedure

Booking Procedure:

Here is how your booking process will go:

1. Put Your Boat On Hold
Once you see a yacht on the our fleet page that interests you and is open for the dates you want, you can put it on hold for a short time by completing the form you produce after requesting your dates. Just click on "Put this boat on hold". Shortly thereafter, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the next steps in the procedure.

2. Fill out your captain's resume
Fill out our required

4. Decide if you require any extras.
Maybe you require an instructor for a few day to show you the ropes? Or you would like to hire a captain for your trip? Please visit our extras page to view costs and send us your request.

3. Complete the contract
Once you have received confirmation and a link to your contract, you will print off the contract, fill in the name of the boat, dates of the charter, the price, fill in your name and address, and contact info, and sign it. We will require 50% down 50% two months prior,  Security deposit
Insurance : To cover the 2% insurance deductible we take $5000 which is fully refundable.  Of you want to reduce the deductible to $1000 we charge an additional $45 per day  In addition to fuel and provisioning, Please fillout the credit card form and email back

5. Cruising & National Park Permits
Please let us know when we can expect your first party to reach the boat, and how many people and for what dates you want cruising permits and park passes for so we can get them in advance for you. Fill out our form at permits You can use the credit card authorization form to pay for the cruising permits and use it for the security deposit.

6. Read Operating Manual for your Yacht
When you get a chance read the operators manual for the boat you are chartering.

7. Pre- trip inventory and maintenance
Please go to the link below when you arrive at the boat or you can down load the PDF and take a copy with you.

8. Maintenance log will need to be filled out when ever there is a service call to the boat and one week before your departure from the boat
