  12. I have inspected the Yacht, and am familiar with, and accept, the condition and operation of its gear and equipment.
Maximum Cruise RPM is 2500 unless otherwise noted.
I will Sail in neutral, or start the engines while in gear and before shifting to neutral and not use excessive force to shift transmission when sailing.
I will use 2 dock lines not the anchor bridal when tying up to a mooring ball.
I have completed the attached inventory and have located and am satisfied with all safety and navigation equipment and thru hulls.
I will perform the daily checks as required. It is agreed and understood that there can only be a maximum of 8 people aboard, and all people aboard are my guests and not passengers for hire.
I understand I will check below waterline and check the sails ASAP and report damage within 48 days of charter start date. If I do not contact you within 48 hours, it will be assumed that the boat bottom and sails are fine.
